What happens after I submit the questionnaire?
After you submit the form, one of our expert travel consultants will personally review your information and reach out to schedule a consultation call. During this call, we'll discuss trip options, logistics, and any specific questions you may have.
Trip Logistics
What's included in the trip price?
Our comprehensive packages typically cover luxury hotel stays in Makkah and Madinah, ground transportation in private air-conditioned coaches, and guided spiritual tours. We also include Ziyarah visits to significant historical sites with expert commentary.
What's not included?
International airfare to Saudi Arabia and personal expenses such as shopping or laundry are generally not included in the base price. Travel insurance and any meals outside of the provided breakfast buffet are also the responsibility of the traveler.
Do I need a visa, and do you help with that?
Yes, a valid visa is required for entry into Saudi Arabia for Umrah purposes. Our team manages the entire visa application process for you, ensuring all documentation is correct and submitted promptly to the authorities.
What airline do you fly, and where do we depart from?
We fly Qatar Airways for our guided group trips. Departure city details will be confirmed with you directly based on your trip and location.
What are the hotel accommodations like?
We exclusively partner with 5-star hotels located within walking distance of the Haram in both Makkah and Madinah. You can expect spacious rooms, high-end amenities, and exceptional service tailored to international pilgrims.
